  1. I ran my miles on Tuesday in 27 degrees and it was invigorating! My only issue was not protecting my legs from the cold. My upper body was perfectly cozy. Tonight when I run (unless I'm stuck on the dreadmill) I will protect my legs better with some cuddle duds. It is all about layering. Nothing beats that cold fresh air in the lungs!!!

  2. Good job, Sarah!
I went to my cucuit training class this morning and then met Heather at the park for a quick 3 mile run around MC Park (we did it in under 30 mins!)It was cooler than we thought but after the 1st mile we were quite toasty! I think I've burned nearly 800 calories today ... sure makes that salad taste good AND, I feel GREAT!!!! loved your video! Thanks for being such a good cheerleader! LOVES! Mom
